The Project

KPM Builders & Developers is a Chennai-based construction and building-development firm. SKALTASK designed and built their brand website end to end - a premium, six-page site fronted by a cinematic scroll-driven animation where a luxury tower renders as the visitor scrolls, using the same frame-scrubbing technique seen on Apple product pages.

The design leans into a refined, high-end feel: an ivory-and-gold palette, elegant serif display type, and a fast, fully responsive build with per-page SEO targeting construction searches in Chennai.
