The Challenge
Bloom Skincare had a strong product line but almost no organic visibility. The site pulled a few hundred sessions a month, ranked for barely any commercial keywords, and leaned entirely on paid ads for every sale - expensive, and impossible to scale profitably.
What We Did
We ran a full 12-month SEO strategy across three fronts. Keyword targeting: we mapped the high-intent skincare searches Bloom's customers actually type - ingredient queries, comparisons, and routine guides - and built content clusters around each. Technical fixes: we cleared crawl issues, sped up the store, and fixed the on-page structure holding rankings back. Link building: we earned authority through beauty publications, ingredient roundups, and creator mentions.
The Results
Over twelve months Bloom's organic sessions grew +310%, with 14 keywords ranking #1 and 37 in the top three. Organic went from 8% to 41% of revenue - shifting the brand off its paid-ads dependency and onto a compounding, lower-cost growth channel.
